km32937 Posted May 29, 2017 #1 Share Posted May 29, 2017 we are on the Quest leaving today. Our flight was diverted and we missed our connection to Nice. We will not arrive until 11 pm. Can the ship be notified?
upwarduk Posted May 29, 2017 #2 Share Posted May 29, 2017 If you have your cruise documents with you there should be contact numbers to ring.

nordski Posted May 29, 2017 #5 Share Posted May 29, 2017 You might try the Emergency Travel Team 1 800 256 4107. Hope the situation resolves as smoothly as possible.
km32937 Posted May 29, 2017 Author #6 Share Posted May 29, 2017 Thank you for all of your suggestions. Another passenger from our cruise responded and has notified the Quest. We have tried many numbers but the holiday and/or time difference didn't allow us to make a connection. We even called the $7.95 per minute number but the response was no one was available. Bentleg Posted May 29, 2017 #8 Share Posted May 29, 2017 Hope it all works out for you don't know how you will go trying to board late at night. Not much help in your current situation but I always aim to arrive in the port the day before departure so if there are transit delays you can arrive next day and still make the ship. I have seen quite a few people come unstuck when they try to arrive same day and the airline or weather lets them down. You might be lucky as the ship sails so late in the night. I hope so. BBMacLaird Posted May 30, 2017 #9 Share Posted May 30, 2017 I too hope you've made it to the ship and by now snug in your cabin! I apologize for not seeing this sooner...it's Memorial Day and we have a house full of family visiting.
