Royal Caribbean Website Problems

Anyone else having issues with their website. I have 2 computers and an IPad at home and no matter which one I use 1/2 the time I get error messages when looking at cruises or cruisetours for 2018. Kind of frustrating.

 

 

 

It has been happening more times than not.

I went to RCCL site just earlier, it made me re-register, and when i finally was able to enter the site, it does not show my Travel Agents name, and very hard to navigate. It now looks like it will let me make payments to RCCL thru the site, where before it had my Travel Agent and told me if booked with my own agent contact them to make payments. Anyone else having anything similar?? :confused::confused::confused:

It is so much more user friendly now.

First I log into my RCCL account, then to get to my Online Checkin I have to log in a 2nd time...then to access my Cruise Planner...drum roll...yep I have to log in a 3rd time.



Yikes...this has to get better....right?
