ocean view bar ??

Hello,

 

This our first Princess cruise, with other cruise lines we have experienced bow facing rooms with exceptional seating , a bar to sit relax and view the scenery as you cruise. We are on the Regal Princess July 16th, Baltic Cruise, is there a room to view while we sail ?

I kinda like the Sea view bar and Outrigger bars on deck 16.

Definitely the Outrigger's Bar. Comfortable seating, great aft views.

Thanks Moondogy,One bar is on the Port side and the other at the aft, I was looking for a forward facing bar/sitting area.

Looking forward to trying out both of them, I'm sure I can find a great cocktail:o

No bar that faces forward.

 

In fact, on the newer ships, there is no forward viewing spot unless you have a cabin facing forward or pay to be in the Sanctuary.

Perhaps the main reason there are no forward-facing bars is that it is pretty windy up there. I go forward when we're entering ports to get good photos, but it's not an area where I'd want to sit for awhile. And I'm usually the only person out there. While the Sanctuary is forward on a lot of ships, it's appears to be well-protected.
