Can someone please help me with which OBC are refundable?

I have $100 from Celebrity as a booking perk. $50 from travel agent and have redeemed $200 in RCCL Visa credit card points. Which OBC are used first on your sea pass? Thank you for any help.

The non-refundable is used first. Your TA and CC points OBC are refundable.

Need to check on the TA OBC. Often $50 - $75 of the OBC from my TA is actually something TA gets from Celebrity. When that happens that portion of the TA OBC is non-ref.

This is no longer an option. You can only get promotional chips for your OBC. They can be used to gamble & any winning are paid in cash but not the promotional chips.

 

About the 2nd day of your cruise your OBC will show on your account which you can view on the TV. OBN is the non-refundable and charges are applied against it first. OBR is refundable and used when OBN is used up. At the end of the cruise any remaining OBR is refunded to the credit card on file.

The credit card on-board credit is refundable. The Travel Agent on-board credit might be refundable. Sometimes this is a "pass through" promotion that comes from Celebrity. In that case, it's not refundable. Sometimes it's a gift from the travel agent who is "rebating" part of the commission. In that case, it is refundable.

If you don't have prepaid Tips, you can use your OBC for tips and this would use most of it up.
