A few weeks ago, there were 2019 sailings available on the Ruby.

Those are now gone and also includes Oct. to Dec. 2018.

Any idea what's happening?

They're redeploying the Ruby and the Star(?). There are a couple of threads here about it.

As soon as all the passengers who were already booked have been situated, the ships will reappear with different itineraries than previously.

The Emerald is replacing the Ruby. Search Emerald Princess. Not all itineraries have been posted yet. Coming soon.
