Outside MSC control was ah...., porter actually named Cecil Porter who decided he could not allow all 6 bags to go to one room. NOTHING would make this jerk happy. Hopefully bags mAke it on ship.

We are doing Western and it is tomorrow at 10:30 in Eataly. Invite letter in room already.

 

This one ship has more butlers than all of NCL I think. Service has been pretty good thus far.

 

Specific cabin steward butlers - Carlos is a rock star for our kids room thus far. Ours is TBD. No ice in our room yet kids have it.

 

Sports Bar was closed to 5:30 as they were fixing ceiling tiles so not able to try that.

 

F1 area supposed to open at 2:00 per concierge yet guy didn't show until 2:30. It would be nice to book via concierge. F1 computer also broken at the time and the guy working was going to see if he could get it fixed.

 

Top Sail lounge very nice, large and quiet. A/C throughout the ship seems to be overpowered.

 

Top Sail lounge snacks good. Most staff very nice and friendly.
