Viking representative in Budapest

We booked the Marriott hotel in Budapest ourselves for 2 nights before our Danube cruise. Does Viking have a rep at the hotel?

I believe Viking will only have a rep at the hotel(s) they use for the pre or post trips.

Hi Norvig, I don't think they'd have a rep at your hotel. I'm at the Hilton Prague and I expect to have a rep there.

we did 2 days b4 at Hilton on Buda side ... at Fisherman's Bastion

 

there was a desk in the lobby with a Viking rep (during the day)

 

if your hotel does not have a rep, I'd imagine you will visit the area (a prime tourist spot) so you could drop by with any questions

Stayed there 2 nights after our cruise and did not see a Viking rep. Was not looking hard for one.

Stayed at the Intercontinental Hotel last year and they were there.

We stayed at the Corinthia Grand, Budapest last year with Avalon & they along with Viking shared an area in said hotel. So as previous poster has said, depends if Viking uses the hotel for pre/post cruise purposes.
