Rotterdam port to Keukenhof garden

Looking ahead to April, 2018 - we will port in Rotterdam from 7am to 6pm...what is the best way to get to Keukenhof Gardens - want to see the tulips.

We were in Amsterdam this past May.

There are lots of buses leaving from Schipol Airport to Keukenhof.

Maybe take a train from Rotterdam to Schipol, then bus to Keukenhof.

We spent half a day at the gardens, it was wonderful. It would have been better to go in April (lucky you), but we thoroughly enjoyed it.

You can either take the train from Rotterdam CS to Schiphol and then take one of the shuttle buses to Keukenhof

or

take the train from Rotterdam CS to Leiden CS, then take a local bus # 854 to Keukenhof
