Showers on S Class

Does anyone out there remember if the balcony cabins have a hand held shower head? Kinda small detail but folks seem to be able to answer any question[emoji4]

On Solstice, Equinox, Eclipse and Silhouette only AquaClass and higher rooms have handheld shower units. ALL other categories have fixed showerheads unless they are ADA compliant accessible rooms. On Reflection all cabins/suites have handhelds.

 

IMHO the biggest miss in the bathroom design on the first 4 Solstice class vessels was the inclusion of fixed showerheads vs handhelds.

They also do not have the pull across clothes line like on the M-class. We use heavy duty magnetic hooks we got from Amazon and tie twine between. It works well...and really easy to pack! And real doors instead of those pesky curtains.

We had the pesky curtain on the Millennium earlier this month. I'm happy to report that it seemed to be new and that it was made of heavier fabric than I remember. Because it was heaver it didn't wrap itself around my ankles. A great improvement.

I agree and I'm bummed I have been on the Reflection and liked the shower set up - I'm bummed that the Eclipse does not have a similar one for our upcoming cruise (we are NOT Aqua class....).

Easy to solve if it is really important. Bring one from home along with a pair of Channel Locks to install it
