I too would recommend Uber and another option is Lyft.

Can someone tell me if Uber or Lyft can accommodate a party of 6 (4 adults & 2 kids) plus 7 suitcases ? We will also be flying into FLL but want to stay 1 night in the Miami area. I have been looking for a hotel with airport transfers, butt I seriously doubt that any miami hotels offer this service from FLL .

We took a super shuttle on a shared ride and the cost was really low from FTL to Miami the night before our trip and we took an Uber from hotel to port for about 25.00 with tip there were 4 of us.

Highly recommend SAS Transport. It’s a shared shuttle service. I have been using their services for the past 7 years. One way transport from FLL to the hotel you mentioned would be $15 pp for less than 4 people. If you have more than 4 ppl the price goes down to $13 pp. http://www.ridesas.com

Rent a vehicle from Alamo. The next day return it to the airport and take the free shuttle to the cruise port. There is no cheaper way!!! Plus, you get use of a vehicle while at the hotel.
