realnurse2 Posted November 15, 2017 #1 Share Posted November 15, 2017 Where is the nearest pharmacy to the dock in Key West? Thanks.
superoma Posted November 15, 2017 #2 Share Posted November 15, 2017 Both Walgreens and cvs are in the 500 block of Duval street about a mile from the cruise ship dock. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Rare Roz Posted November 15, 2017 #3 Share Posted November 15, 2017 The Walgreen's is in an old movie theatre. They are geared to tourists. I've been there several times for blister band aids, sunscreen, aloe (for sunburn due to not putting on screenscreen ;p ), water, flip flops, and wine :wine-glass:. Debbie1029 Posted November 15, 2017 #5 Share Posted November 15, 2017 There is also a CVS at Front and Duval. Probably closer to where most ships dock. Not sure they have a pharmacy but the usual over the counter items and sunny place items. Sent from my iPad using Forums
Water Log Posted November 15, 2017 #6 Share Posted November 15, 2017 My son is the manager of the Walgreens on Duvall. It has a full pharmacy. worth going by and seeing the building. You will be in the heart of Key West.

Sent from my iPad using Forums CVS is a pharmacy, beach toys, soda pop, etc are all ancillary to their core operations. That particular CVS is a two story (at least) store, so if you can't find what you want when you walkin, try upstairs.

GateGuardian Posted November 15, 2017 #9 Share Posted November 15, 2017 It would be less than a mile because the ship docks in the navy pier, so they have to shuttle you downtown key west.

Rare Roz Posted November 15, 2017 #14 Share Posted November 15, 2017 A couple of years ago the Nieuw Amsterdam docked at the Navy Pier and there were shuttles running back and forth. A wee bit inconvenient but not terrible. Roz
