Just curious...do the specialty restaurants have their own kitchen?

i don’t have any allergies or other reasons for asking... just curious. Are the steaks I order at Chops cooked in the same place as all the rest of the food? Or do they have their own galley? Or Samba? 150 Central Park, etc.

Just curious. Not saying it’s good or bad or otherwise.

I actually cooked risotto in the Chops kitchen on Freedom. They used to offer cooking classes.

Glomming on to this post, my daughter and I will be doing a sushi making class next week while on the Harmony ... I can only assume the class will be held at Izumi. These classes are definitely fun, and my 11 y/o is jumping out of her skin with excitement.

We took the sushi making class last April on the Harmony, and it was in Izumi. Loads of fun. I do recommend to arrive early to get best choice of seats. Also - don’t go to the buffet before the class! Our table mates did and then were too full to even try their creations!

The sushi making classes are held in the guest table area of Izumi, not the kitchen. We've done it once and enjoyed it.
