Typically, How Long Does It Take for Points To Post after Cruise?

We were on a cruise that sailed December 1st, but points haven't posted yet. How long does it typically take to see the change on the web site?

If your cruise was part of a longer voyage your points will post within 10 days of the end of that voyage.

Thanks, it wasn't--it was just a 7 day that went from and returned to the same port. Guess I'd better call them.

We see our points within 10 days after the cruise ends.

Call them on Tuesday.

I had the same issue. 13 days after my cruise ended, no change and as this for me was a change in stars I was anxious.

 

Sign into your account, click the mariner tab under 'commons questions' & you will find a form which addresses the missing points. The next day I had an email noting my 4th star.

I had my points and statement / bill within three days. Last week.

Disembarked the Oosterdam on Wednesday 12/20, points and new 4* status was displayed Saturday 12/23!

It has bren my experience that Mariner points post very quickly after our cruises. I have someitmes veen amazed how fast they appear.
