if you are flying in the day before your cruise do you put your royal carribean luggage tags on prior to your flight or the morning of your cruise? We have cruised lots but have never flown in early so not sure what to do.

Put your tags on the morning of the cruise. Airport baggage handlers do not need more tags to confuse them. :D

I would not put them on before the flight, only concern being that the cruise line tags may come off or be damaged by the airlines

We put the tags on at the Hotel the morning we board the ship. Like previous posters have already said, the airlines don't need them and they could be damaged or removed in transit.

Do not put the cruise tags on until after your luggage has arrived at the airport. Extra tags lead to confusion for the airline baggage handlers. The only tags they want to see are the ID tags and the airline tags indicating final destination.
