Buying Wine in Tampa??

We are staying pre-cruise night at the Renaissance Tampa International Plaza Hotel. Is there somewhere within walking distance to buy some wine for the ship? I know there is a mall near-by. Also, we will need transportation from the hotel to the ship. Any info/advice on these items is welcome. Thank you.

Depending upon what you are looking for, there are CVS and other drug stores in that area and any Publix Grocery store will have a good wine selection.

 

Taxi to the port should be $25+tip or you can Uber for about $15

That's where we stop as it's very close to the airport and freeway.

I would go with Total Wine if you want a very nice selection.

 

You can also order on line and have the wine waiting for you.

 

They are amazing.
