Rare Lionesss Posted February 18, 2018 #1 Share Posted February 18, 2018 Posted this on Seattle site and was referred to post it here: Looking for information on any recent passengers from 2017 that sailed out of Seattle and then transferred to the airport. First of all we are sailing on the Explorer of the seas, and plan on leaving the ship at first available time---(not walk-off with luggage). But, no luggage with a number assigned. We hope this cruise participates in luggage valet to the airport. Our flight leaves at noon. (Delta). Also hoping that if we are in a GS, we get escorted off the ship by the CL, so that could be early, if not will request the first time after walk-offs. Secondly, what is the best transportation to the airport? Taxi, Uber? Anyone with information greatly appreciated. Thanks ahead of time.
CruiserBruce Posted February 18, 2018 #2 Share Posted February 18, 2018 The "Seattle site"? What is that? As mentioned on your other thread, on the California Coastal/Pacific Northwest board, taxis, Uber and Towncars are all recommended here daily. The earliest flight recommendation is 11:00, so noon is fine. All just down the board. Are you asking about the cruise line's luggage program? (I would ask on the RCI board) Or the Seattle baggage program (there is a couple of threads here on that)?

It can be found on the Pacific/West Coast boards. That is where I started a thread on a site that has references to Seattle. I thought that is where you recommended I post this question for more responses. Later Edited February 18, 2018 by Lionesss

Cheaper than a cab generally.
moki'smommy Posted February 23, 2018 #5 Share Posted February 23, 2018 We have cruised out of Seattle. As noted, SuperShuttle, Uber, Lyft, or your cruise line's transfers will all get you to the airport in a timely fashion.
mara93 Posted February 23, 2018 #6 Share Posted February 23, 2018 Seattle Express was great for us. They were waiting for us when we debarked & were at the airport with time to spare for an 11:35am flight.
