There have been a couple of live reviews since she left drydock but I don't remember anyone saying whether or not the new cabins on Deck 11 were completed. I took a quick look at the CC reviews and don't see any reviews of Deck 11 cabins.

 

But look on the bright side. If you have to sleep on a deck chair by the pool at least the chair hogs won't beat you to it in the morning.
