Cellar Masters?

Which ships have a Cellar Masters, please? On Silhouette I went in a few times and never saw any one working or any bar area. How the heck do you get a glass of wine there?

All of the ships, except Equinox, have a Cellar Masters. The M-Class ships have an actual bar area. The S-Class ships have roving servers/sommeliers that will get a glass of wine for you. The Silhouette still had the enomatic wine dispensers that you can get a glass of wine from (for a cost using a pre-paid card) and I would assume that other S-Class ships (not Equinox) would also have the same.

There is no bar area in Cellar Masters on Silhouette. Although the doors might be open, Cellar Masters might not be staffed when you tried them, check your daily for the hours. Other times the Sommelier is running to the cellar to get a bottle of wine for one reason or another. We sailed Feb 25 and went to Cellar Masters most evenings before dinner and always had service.

Just off the Silhouette and never had a problem finding the sommelier when they were open. Fabrice is the main sommelier but there was always a backup when he was tied up.

 

Fabrice was excellent offering great wine suggestions.

Sure sorry I missed it. Equinox is my next, so I'll have to wait for Reflection to try it again!

Unless there is some special event it is typically empty

Does Equinox have something similar to Cellar Masters or in its place. We enjoyed it on Reflection last year and didn't realize they didn't have it on Equinox.

Solstice had a Cellar Masters but it was empty on most nights. Even when empty, the service was very slow- maybe that's cause and effect!
