Miami 11:15 AM flight?

We are not used to flying out of Miami and will be on only our second Celebrity cruise on Equinox in July. Our flights were changed today and now we have an 11:15 departure on a Saturday. We will be using luggage valet, so I assume we can debark with the self carry group. Is this a reasonable flight in that situation, please?

Yes, that should be just fine. You should be able to walk off around 7:30 a.m. We have done it several times for flights in Fort Lauderdale and have been at the airport there before 9 am.

So long as there is not an unusual delay you should be fine. Not sure if you can use luggage valet though - this service can only be used for flights departing after a certain time (am uncertain if 11:15am qualifies).

Whoops. I'll bet your are right. No luggage valet that early. So will have to change to a 1:40 PM flight. Yuck. I hate waiting so long in airports!

You could carry your luggage off the ship. Or request a low number for your luggage.
