Fabulous review, gorgeous pictures! My husband and I were on the cruise after yours. We are booked on this itinerary next March 22, so your review showed me what we have to look forward to next year.

Thanks so much! I’m sure you’ll enjoy the itinerary, especially the overnight in St Maarten.

Thanks for your review and pics -- they're beautiful! We are taking an 11-day on the Reflection in November and this makes the wait even harder! We sailed the Reflection two years ago, but I don't remember much about it except that it's a beautiful ship.

November isn’t to far away. We’re almost 2 years from our next cruise that happens to be on the Reflection again too.

Thank you for sharing. DH is looking at this itinerary for March 2019. We have never cruised on Celebrity. Your pictures are great.

We really enjoyed Celebrity, but have nothing to compare it to as our only 2 cruises have been Celebrity. We did love this itinerary; especially the overnight in St Maarten.

I did see those large mirror murals. Cool optical illusions. It did not dawn on me that the theme for much of the artwork was reflections but thinking back, I realize that you’re right. Now I want to go back and look again. The Reflection is probably on her way to Europe by now. Hoping to be back on her in 2020 & I’ll make sure I make a closer study of all the art work.

Thanks for pointing that out.

Maris

Maris we will both have to take a good look at these walls for the Reflection motif.  We are in Blu plus the Tuscan Grille is down that way too.

I am a month behind. I don’t know why I thought that you were doing this live.

Did you notice that it was a 3 D mural?

We will be on the Reflection on Mar 2020 for a B2B. Seems like a long ways off and it is two years away but we like to plan ahead, book the cruises on board for the perks and from what we found the best prices.

Happy cruising 🌊🚢🇺🇸🌅

Just reading back over my review as we’re on the March 2, 2020.  Reflection sailing. Our first since the 2018 one. Are you on the March 2 as well?

Yes we are.  Can’t believe that it is only 48 days away. Before that we are on  the Infinity and that cruise is 41 days away.   Couldn’t pass up the price on that cruise.

We upgraded or drink pack on the Infinity to the Premium Drink Plus from the premium  We did the same for the Reflection cruise.  On a 11 day cruise it isn’t a great of a bargain like it is on the short 5 day cruise but the casino credit and mini bar stocked each day is a nice convenance.   For $9/day pp we each get $50 casino credit and the mini bar restocked each day plus 2 bottles of wine each.  For the 11 days it ends up costing us each $99 minus the $50 casino credit each to  have all the drinks and snacks in the mini bar every day for a net cost of $49 pp.

Time flies.  It seems like we were just celebrating Christmas and the New Year and it is now it is almost the middle of Jan.

Happy cruising 🌊🚢🇺🇸🌅

Thank you Marvy Mare for another great photo review, I read your March 2020 review first but also enjoyed this one (especially since it doesn't have anything to do with _ _ _ _ _-19)

Can't wait to get back to these beautiful cruise destinations!

Thanks Yoshi

Yes! Those were the days. I just started yesterday looking  at future cruises. We’re thinking 2022. We’d like to do the ABC islands again when the only thing to worry about is...nothing. The only issue I have is that the March 2022 with that itinerary is on the Edge. I love sitting on a real balcony and unless we win big at the lottery over the next while we won’t be in a suite.

I think the ABCs are our favorite of the Caribbean islands too. Both times in our Bonaire stops we did snorkeling which I love, but your golf cart road trip looked like so much fun. I want to do that next time.

For one of my isolation projects I have been scanning in all my paper photo albums from previous cruises. Yesterday I scanned in our 2003 Panama Canal transit from FLL to San Diego. It made me think of you because we met the nicest family on that cruise from Ontario Canada, the Cooks. We had our two young boys along and they had two young girls and we enjoyed dinners and a few port stops together. Anyhow, I think you should look at the Panama Canal transit because there was much wildlife along the way and it is a photographers paradise. Costa Rica is a must!

We typically cruise every year but at this time have nothing booked. We will need to wait and see what opens up and what the restrictions will be before putting the $$ down. Hoping it all gets going again soon.

Hi Yoshi

We spent some more time yesterday looking at cruises. I did see one or two that included Panama and Costa Rica. We are not in a huge rush. Prices are still fairly high and who knows what the future will bring. We don’t really want to put anything down at this point either. Thanks for the suggestions. One of the things that surprised me too, was all the cabins already booked 2 years out and with the current situation. . By groups?

Thanks for your suggestions.  I welcome any.

We are on the Equinox March 2022  9 days ABC Islands!!

Hi again.

I looked at that. Considering it. It’s out of Tampa right? It doesn’t include Cartagena though does it? I know some people didn’t like the stop. The hawkers put us off but it was still amazing. I’d like to go back there. But who knows. We may meet on that cruise.
