What happened???

What happened to the way Cruise Critic shows on Tapatalk? Now there are no notifications, nothing shows up when there is a new topic. You have to jump through hoops to get to specifically Cruise Critic Holland America! Hate it!!!!

Are your updates current?

 

I just went in to check (since I will need it in 3 weeks ;) ) and I didn't have to do any hoop jumping?

 

I believe there was an issue with an update before the latest.

Yes, have the latest update. Frustrating. Is your the same format as always? You got new topics under the “notification” tab? Now I have to go to “trending” and sort through other cruise line topics to find Holland America. I have added and re added the group I want, but nothing changes. The latest post I have is from two days ago. Now using the web version. Not happy

I never paid much attention to the trending and never use it to get to the HAL board.

 

Two ways to do it - either click on one of your notifications where you have posted (aka subscribed threads) and then you can go to the HAL board or...click on groups at the bottom of the screen, choose Cruise Critic, Cruise lines A-O and then you can choose the HAL board.

 

Those are the two I have been using - hope it helps.

I emailed Tapatalk support and described what was happening. They did not respond to my email, but this morning everything was fixed! Thank goodness. I was reading the HAL board from the web view and it was driving me crazy

Once again, the IT department decided, logically, that "If it ain't broke, let's break it!" (job security)

 

I do wonder, though, if this is the same IT dept. that has the main HAL website screwed up so bad that HAL CS is advising folks to use the old site...?
