Bungalows on private island

Hi all,

 

I'm sure this question has been asked, but I've perused the threads and couldn't find it. We're leaving on the Adventure of the Seas on May 11, 2018. The bungalow rentals are not available on the website. Are there typically a few available upon boarding or does this mean they're sold out?

They usually hold some back for onboard booking....try as soon as you board.

We were on Anthem of the Seas in April. We hurried to Shore Excursions to ask about renting a bungalow as soon as we boarded. They said all bungalows were long gone & no one ever cancels their reservation for one. We were supposed to be on a waiting list but never got a call about one becoming available so I’m not sure they hold any back for people onboard.

If they can sell them all beforehand why would they hold some back? Makes no sense from a business standpoint. Who told you they hold some back. ? How do you come by this information? :rolleyes:

But probably, the waiting list was long is why you are not contacted.

 

Last cruise, we had a beach bed reserved. We met a couple on board and spent time together, and they invited us to join them in their cabana. So the day before, I canceled the beach bed. And got a full refund, as they had something like 20 on the waiting list. :D
