Premium Alcohol Package?

Hi

 

Just wondering - My wife and I have this package, (my 2 children have normal soda package - with suite) are we able to order more than 2 alcoholic drinks in our room through our butler? or will the butler be strict on this and limit us to one alcoholic drink each.

 

When we are at the bar or in a restaurant can I order a cocktail and one beer to drink at the same time - for me to drink?

Unfortunately the premium drink package does not apply to room service or even to your butler getting you drinks. However, exceptions can be made especially if you're in a Royal Suite or above (or Signature or above on Reflection). Which suite are you in?

 

Regardless, however, it is a hard rule that it is only one drink per person.

 

If you're in a higher end suite (Signature, Royal, Penthouse) with a bar set up, you can request your butler to bring you the mixers you like and they can also fill fridge with beer that you like.

Drink packages cannot be used for ordering through room service or for using the mini bar in your suite. You will be charged for drinks you order through room service, but like stated above the higher end suites do have liquor (2 bottles plus beer, water and soda in the minibar) included in the suite and the butler can help you with mixers.

When ordering at the bars you can only order one drink at a time, so it would be either the cocktail or the beer. They will bring you another after some time passes, but not both together.

Here's a couple of things we learned with any of the packages. If you have both your card and you spouse's card you can order 2 drinks. Plus you can get a bottle of water along with a drink per card. And as a separate order, you can also ask that the cap be left on a bottle of beer so you can stock your fridge but only one per card.

In Michael’s Club which is open to all suite guests, you may be able to order a cocktail and beer together.
