Cabin change (upgrade) after final payment

I'm in a CY Penthouse, debating upgrading (purchasing, not lucky enough to get offer) to aft penthouse IF the price goes down - I know, not likely but....

 

Can I do that after final payment and just pay the difference between what I have paid already and the new cabin price?

I've been able to buy up after final payment. NCL has, in my experience, always been fine with me giving them more money. :D

I actually just did it yesterday for our Alaskan cruise on the pearl in July. Originally in a balcony, I was able to buy up to an aft PH for less than the lowest possible upgrade bid for the same cabin. I thought this was really crazy since it also came with the extra free at sea perks I would not have gotten if I had bid. Go figure
