Where is refundable rate?

Trying to price out a cruise on RCI website. When I get to the total price page I only see the cost for non-refundable deposit with no option to edit for refundable deposit rate. Anyone know how to do this?

Supposedly it now shows up when you have entered the passenger names during the booking process.

 

I suspect it will be gone for good sooner or later.:rolleyes:

You have to go all the way thru the booking process adding passenger names. On the next screen where you pick your dining times there's a box to check with the additional amount for a refundable rate

When I was looking at the Oasis 1/6/19 sailing, all three possible rates (GTY, NRD and refundable) showed up at the start of the process.

I went all the way to where you add the payment information and didn’t see it. I didn’t want to add my credit card number so I just gave up.

No, an ocean view cabin.

No, I was trying to figure out the refundable pricing for an ocean view cabin on a cruise for next May for price comparison purposes.

Well, I don't know why you cannot see refundable pricing on the website, but they will give you that if you call.
