jelayne Posted July 12, 2018 #2 Share Posted July 12, 2018 On the Eclipse in June and I didn’t notice it on the Martini Bar menu, but I wasn’t specifically looking for it either.
Jacob0525 Posted July 12, 2018 #3 Share Posted July 12, 2018 Are they still serving the 20 year martini on the ships? That’s one of my wife’s favorite drinks. We are going on the Infinity in March 2019.

illiniwahoo Posted July 12, 2018 #5 Share Posted July 12, 2018 In January the equinox still served the 20 year, but minus the amazing foam that was on top. It just wasn't special anymore without it. Rare theminnow Posted July 12, 2018 #6 Share Posted July 12, 2018 Curious. What were the ingredients in the 20 year martini? Here ya go: Celebrity Cruises 20th-Anniversary Martini Recipe Ingredients: 2 ounces Grey Goose pear vodka 1 ounce Brut Champagne ¾ ounce lime juice ¾ ounce Dainzu rose-flavored syrup Ginger passion foam 3 sage leaves Special Tools: You’ll need a cream whipper, like this iSi mini whipper sold at Williams-Sonoma.com. Directions: Pour all ingredients except the Champagne into a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake. Pour the Champagne into the shaker and strain into a martini glass. Fill the mini whipper with the foam. Garnish your cocktail with a swirl of pink froth, and top it with a sage leaf. Enjoy.

Does anyone think if it was requested that the ingredients would be readily available aboard any X vessel? I most certainly ask for the 20th on my next sailing. Thank you for posting the recipe. bon voyage

Rare markeb Posted July 12, 2018 #9 Share Posted July 12, 2018 Can I be the curmudgeon who asks "where's the gin and vermouth?" :D It sounds interesting. I'm just old school on a "martini", and while a very interesting sounding drink, it just isn't a "martini" to me. I hear some kids I need to run off of my lawn. Gotta go! LOL, not curmudgeonny at all, just traditional. What, no sprinklers to chase the kids away? Better have a martini before running out there... bon voyage
