awestover89 Posted July 20, 2018 #4 Share Posted July 20, 2018 Right, but where is Royal Caribbean charging extra? They're website clearly says it's available at no extra charge If requested in advance, Royal Caribbean can arrange for accessible transportation to transfer guests between the airport and the pier. This service is offered at no extra charge to our air/sea guests or those who have purchased cruise-only transfers. and I've never heard of anybody claiming that they are charging extra for this service before your post. Knowing where you were charged extra and for what exact service would be really helpful.
