Recent Summit cruisers

If you have recently sailed the Summit from Bayonne could you tell me when they began boarding? Thanks

We have sailed the Summit out of Bayonne four times and we usually boarded between 10:30-11am.

Agree. We usually check in by 10:00 and are boarding around 11:00.

Just came back Sunday from this cruise and we were on board with a drink in our hands by 11am!

Agreed! We were most impressed when we arrived Memorial Day weekend at 11:00, went through security (that took the longest), went to Elite check in and were told we could board immediately. Once on board we had a very warm welcome from the cruise director.

Thanks everyone. That was my experience in the past. My set sail pass says check in 12-3 which I assumed I could ignore but wanted to be sure nothing has changed.

I plan to leave home at 9:30 and should be at the port by 10 am.

Has that practice been discontinued?? We're taking our first Celebrity cruise in early 2020, after the Summit's dry-dock. I was kind of looking forward to this classy perk. I don't really care that much about champagne, but it's just a cool service that reeks of class.

I plan to take the UBER from South Manhattan Hotel at 10 AM, arriving to port around10:30

We sailed on Kine 4. They also didn't acknowledge my Husbands bday even though it said birthday celebration on our booking. On the past 3 cruises ( we always go on his bday) he has gotten complimentary bottle of wine, cards, bday cake on MDR, door decoration?
