AA no longer flies into Long Beach

Just figured I would pass along that AA will no longer will be flying into Long Beach. My families flight was cancelled for our cruise in March. Remember to chack those flights from time to time!

Can you switch to Jet Blue? LB is a small regional airport about 10 mnutes from LB port terminal. I know they fly into LB. Does JB fly out of Ft. Myers now?

Nancy American Airlines hasn't canceled all flights to Long Beach (they may have from certain cities though). Our flights into Long Beach was canceled but they moved us onto a later flight into Long Beach. I think from where we travel they used to offer four flights and now have cut it back to two. Not sure why. Where I was disappointed is that they didn't let us know. I happened to have been checking our flights on their web site a few weeks ago, and noticed that we were now on a different flight.

Keith...I wasn't advised of this change either..I just check from time to time like you do. I am just glad that I looked, it will be very difficult to get 4 tickets on AA frequent flyer miles during the spring break period. We were lucky though, because they had to change us to flying out of Sarasota instead, which is much better for us. :p
