The pools will be open. The only reasons they close the pools is for maintenance or rough weather.

You’re from the Midwest, cold means nothing to you. So, the pools will feel warm. ;p

They will be open but cool weather.

Pools open unless sea conditions are very rough. Maybe heated a little. No indoor pools on the Ruby or Emerald Princess which sail this route in October. Hot tubs also open.
