Anything and everything you buy on the ship is charged to your room. Cash/Visa is not good anywhere on board except for dealing with your Onboard account. You can keep smaller bills for tipping a bartender, it's not required nor that common since every drink has a 20% tip attached to it anyway, but in a crowded scenario, they will pay a bit more attention to you.

I would suggest keeping the laptop with you and enough carryon luggage to have a change of clothes, sometimes the bags can take many hours into the night to get to you. Sometime right away, luck of the draw. You can tip the porters at the terminal but it depends where on how much is expected. To be honest at most terminals they take the bags from you and move them all of a few yards to a cart and then the cart is taken to the ship. you be the judge how much that's worth.

- Yes tip the casino bartender / server because these are not part of the UBP where you paid gratuity and they are not part of the DSC pool.

- Yes tip the dealer as they are not part of the DSC

- Yes your drink bought in the club is automatically charged to the room with 20% gratuity so no additional tip is required

- Yes you may keep your laptop and it's customary to tip a couple $$ per bag. The porters are NOT employed by NCL so not part of the DSC

- Conceirge, Butler, Splash Academy staff are NOT part of the DSC so should be tipped accordingly. You should also grab a handful of Vacation Hero cards and fill them out during the week as these are definitely used by the cruise line to reward great customer service.

In the casino, you do NOT get free drinks for playing. You get free drinks if you are guests of the casino (the casino made your room reservations) or you spend a minimum of $12,500 US gambling.

Yes. Tip the server.

Yes. You can tip the dealer if you want.

If you pay for a drink, a 20% tip is automatically added. No addition tip is needed.

You can (and should) keep your laptop bag. Yes, you should tip the porter that takes your bags (if you want to see them again).

and anyone know what tv channels are on the ship now varies by region of the world, but most North American cruises have,,,

BBC World News

CNBC

MSNBC

Fox News

Sports 24

Old TV Favorites

Movie Favorites.

how does regular dinning work non specality can u go when u want

You did not mention your ship or we could tell you more. Check your Dailies, it will list all your included dining options and what hours they are open.

On some ships, there may be a main dining room that takes reservations, such as The Manhattan Room on The Breakaway.

A ship is NOT like Vegas...no free drinks because you're playing. If you are a BIG gambler, you might be offered "free" drinks...but if you are going to gamble more than you normally would, just to get a $7 drink...that's not a good move.
