smakle Posted August 19, 2018 #1 Share Posted August 19, 2018 I’m on NCL Dawn now. I’m able to plug in my game console to the TV HDMI on back of the TV but TV source input is disabled. Anyway to walk around it? Sent from my iPhone using Forums

Rare mking8288 Posted August 19, 2018 #6 Share Posted August 19, 2018 How do I substitute it?Sent from my iPhone using Forums What is the brand of the HDTV monitor in use ? Is it Sole or LG or ?? Can you see where the input signal cable is connected to, behind the TV monitor ? For Insides & OV, it is typically mounted very tightly & nearly impossible to disconnect the original HDMI cable (could also be a RG-59 cable with locking ring, i.e. on the Gem this Spring) and replace that with your own HDMI, assuming yours is long enough to reach it for a direct output/input link ? I've always cautioned that NCL has been firmware locking the "input" source and even with a high end universal Harmony Remote, it's useless because infra-red codes won't do anything. zqvol Posted August 20, 2018 #7 Share Posted August 20, 2018 If you don't have a remote for the TV, you aren't swapping inputs.
