Rare villagenut Posted September 25, 2018 Author #10 Share Posted September 25, 2018 Yeah i know its a little early to ask but hopefully those about to cruise will remember this thread and post up. I will be on the VISTA in March sailing the Cozumel, Belize, Rotan rotation. That route has a sea day Monday, 3 port days, and two sea days at the end of the week, so i was hoping to find out which nights are elegant nights, show schedules, and any other info. Thanks everyone

That route has a sea day Monday, 3 port days, and two sea days at the end of the week, so i was hoping to find out which nights are elegant nights, show schedules, and any other info. Thanks everyone Typically on that schedule, elegant nights are the night of the first sea day and the night of the second sea day. I'm sure as the Vista cruises out of Galveston start occurring, you'll see reviews and posts on show schedules But for the main shows, there's usually one set early for those in late dining and one set later for those in early dining. Your Time Dining folks will need to plan around either. But should not be a problem. Piano Bar and dance clubs don't get started until after 9 or 10P. Comedy clubs have "family" shows around 7:15 and 8:15 , or thereabouts. Adult shows are 9:30 and 10:30 or such.
Rare Saint Greg Posted September 25, 2018 #12 Share Posted September 25, 2018 I've done that route out of Galveston on Freedom and Breeze. I'd imagine the MDR menu will be the same as it was on Breeze..which you can find in this thread: https://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=2607310
douglinc@msn.com Posted September 26, 2018 #13 Share Posted September 26, 2018 My wife is on the Vista now and so far she is not impressed with the ship. Looks like they have made some of the public areas smaller to add more staterooms.. Main showroom much smaller, some of the lounges are smaller, lot of standing room only. Will know more after she gets back.
