We are going on The Valor in December, What is a must try dish in the main dining room.?

My favorite are the jalapeno poppers and the coconut shrimp.

The Salmon (I have mine without the seasoning), the cold strawberry soup and chocolate melting cake with a side of peanut butter are my evening meal favourites. In the morning I really enjoy the avocado toast and the yogurt granola parfait.

The strawberry bisque is delicious. I believe it's served only one night.

There are lots of things I like and it depends on which of the menu's the Valor is serving. I will say that if you like Indian, the nightly vegetarian is outstanding. Also, we have found that asking the wait staff what looks good that night, they are well informed! Lastly, don't hesitate to order more than one thing - we might have 2-3 appetizers just to sample - especially when we were newer to cruising.

Although I have not seen them in a while, the frog legs were also good. Try the escargot and legs, if they are on the menu.

I second the vegetarian.....amazing even for a non vegetarian....lots of food many plates.....friends you are sitting with will want to try it...smells divine as well

As others have said, the Indian food is great.  That is what most of the crew eat.  The apple pie is amazing. For some strange reason the other fruit pies are not worth eating.
