Illness Questionnaire when you Board

I read that CARNIVAL is no longer requiring the signed  "Medical Declaration" when you check in.  

Is that just CARNIVAL SHIPS?  or ALL ship brands under the Carnival Corporation??

Don't know if it's all Carnival Corp lines but it's gone on Princess.

Commonly known as the Liars Form, someone figured out that no one was going to admit to projectile vomiting an hour before boarding. 😎

It took them years to figure out that they were wasting time and trees with this process. I still hope people who are ill don’t get the rest of us sick but am happy they stopped this wasteful process. As you say, the liars form, so why bother
