Classic Tier

This will be my second time cruising on Celebrity.

Looking over the website and my account I see that I am now in the "Classic Tier" category.

Among the advantages I see that I can attend the Captain's Club Celebration and the Senior Officer's Party.

I would appreciate it very much if someone could tell me about these and possibly experiences.

The First is usually held in the afternoon of the first sea day, with some wines, cocktails & soft drinks and passed hors d’ourvers.  The Top Cruiser is usually introduced.  There is a band and if anyone wishes, some dancing.  It lasts about an hour.  Usually held in the Sky Lounge.  Who knows what changes we will see on the Edge.

 

The Senior Officers Party is usually one evening.  Again, waiters pass trays of select cocktails, wines, soft drinks.  The Senior Officers have a receiving line, although hand shaking is discouraged.  Again, it lasts about an hour, often from about 7:30 to 8:30 or so.

In our past Summit cruise, Events for Classic Members :  1) Casino Double Jackpot and 2) Captain's Club Celebration

for us the Captain's Club party was in revelations lounge at 11:30AM Friday Oct 12 (Day at sea), after the party I go to the Special Lunch Oktober fest in the Tuscan Grill.

You will also receive in your stateroom a list of perks and scheduled events for your tier level. It will list times, dates and places. Enjoy.
