If you followed their upgrade process, you should know they run a 9-5, M-F operation. I am surprised they were able to fix whatever issue they had over the weekend.

You may be correct.  In my opinion, this new CC format is not as user friendly when compared to the prior format.

Too many posts on the new CC. They had to run out to their local electronics store and buy a new disk drive. We should be good for another 6.75 days.
