Booking Confirmation copy delay

Why does it take nearly 2 weeks to get a copy of my Booking confirmation? Seems like all they have to do is pull it up on their computer and just click my e-mail address and hit send. Looking for mine because I just booked air with Celebrity and I'd like to see it on file and why does it not show on my Cruise Planner page?

We book directly with X cruise planners over the phone and  always stay on the line while they send out the e  confirmation e mail.... Sounds odd

If you call existing reservations at 1-888-751-7804 there is an automated system to get a copy sent to you immediately as long as you are booked directly with Celebrity.
