Formal Nights

DW & I are on a fifteen day cruise next Spring with seven days at sea and three formal nights.  Is there a way I can find out now which three nights are definitely the formal nights?  We are renewing vows and I want to pick a date which is also a formal night.

Two of the formal nights will likely be the first sea day and another probably the last sea day before the last day. The other will be some sea day around the middle.

I would recommend citing the cruise itinerary so people would know for which cruise to respond. Those who have done this cruise, in the past, will be able to give you a better answer. Sounds like your Coral Princess Panama Canal cruise.
