Help Clearing "Clipboard" from previous post

Recommended Posts

I often create a Roll Call summary in MS Word for our Roll Call. Once I have it ready, I copy / paste it to create the post.

For some odd reason, the last copy / paste I created is hanging around on the "clipboard" (I guess that's what it is called). As a result, when I go to post a reply or create a post to the thread I have to delete the last Roll Call summary I created. (NOTE: this "clipboard" issue appears on both my desktop and laptop computer. I created the post on the desktop computer, but odd it is impacting both - right???)

Any ideas on how to clear this from the CC "clipboard"?

Thanks for the help and suggestions. Always great advice from the Community.

Just as a suggestion, not really a fix, after you have made your post  in your roll call.  Go back to reply straight away and it will insert it BUT there will be a message saying if you dont want it  click ick on "Clear editor"  that should give you a blank reply box at which point just close the

page in your browser.

It sounds a bit cumbersome but presumably you are only posting the list fortnightly or weekly?

In word you can also open the clipboard with arrow next to it

and depending the version of word the clear is right ther or on 2016 and newer you expand to this menu where you can clear or pick what to paste
