How about, it's none of your business what people make and how their tips are allocated. It's 1.5%, which is .15 on $10

 It absolutely is your business if you are one tipping. Tips or gratuities by definition are optional and freely given.  If it is a service fee that is another case. But still it can be talked about and have different opinions.
