excitedtocruise Posted December 8, 2018 #1 Share Posted December 8, 2018 Where and how do we get early tender tickets for the tenders in Belize?

If you are going to Harvest Caye Belize you will not need a tender ticket as the ship will dock at a pier. If you are going to I believe its downtown Belize since you are a Platinum you should be able to go to the Concierge and ask were and when is the best time to get a tender ticket or the Concierge may have it delivered to your cabin the night before. Different ships have different areas for the tender ticket sometimes its the Atrium sometimes its the Pool deck.

Rare BirdTravels Posted December 8, 2018 #4 Share Posted December 8, 2018 As a platinum member, you can join the tender line whenever you want. You don’t need to pull a time.
casofilia Posted December 8, 2018 #5 Share Posted December 8, 2018 Join the queue (do not jump the queue though) when you want to and show your cabin key when they ask for the tender ticket. It will show you are Platinum and that gets you on.
HS_Travel Posted December 8, 2018 #6 Share Posted December 8, 2018 We're just off the Breakaway. For Belize City, we were told to meet at 9am in Cirque and they would escort us off as a group. That's a nice option, but we wanted to get off on one of the first tenders at 8am, so we ended up getting tender tickets instead.
cb at sea Posted December 8, 2018 #7 Share Posted December 8, 2018 If you're on the 2nd tender...it's about a 15-20 min delay...not a huge deal. Ask the concierge for tender tickets if it's really needed.

Texasgingerbread Posted February 12, 2019 #9 Share Posted February 12, 2019 PS I don't know if this is "hijacking" a post since discussing tender topic but if it is, please forgive me.

Both for Grand Cayman and Belize City, meet in Spiegel Tent at 9am.

All the information will be in the Freestyle Daidly either the day or night before a tendering port. Enjoy your cruise.
Rare mking8288 Posted February 12, 2019 #12 Share Posted February 12, 2019 For mega-ships and even mid-sized NCL ships, typically, the other way to get early tender is to book a shore excursion with the ship, with the tour ticket as your "ticket" - although not all tours leave on tender #1 or #2. Otherwise, you are usually asked to select your tender with the stateroom's interactive TV - thus do it early on embarkation day. It was supported on our "Norwegian" App - a free feature/option - for us @ George Town, Grand Cayman as it was a tender port. We docked at Harvest Caye so tendering wasn't needed but for Belize City, do the above once on the ship.
