Luggage Tags

Just printed my luggage tags for my upcoming cruise. When did Royal stop showing C&A  staus on luggage tags.

I noticed it to. Was excited to see my first luggage tag as Pinnacle. 

Oh well, it is what it is. 

Excited for more important perks.

Yes, I also noticed when I printed ours for late this month.  I knew our August tags had C&A status but new ones didn't.   Called and they said would reissue but of course another instance where phone reps don't have current info.  No sure why the change.

Porters don't give a hoot what status you are. No reason to print on tags

Like other things, on reenforces loyalty to the brand. The more someone tells you that it is important, the more likely you will believe it. Marketing 101.

C & A level was printed on both my Nov. 1 and Dec. 1 cruises on Grandeur.

Not printed on my January 6 Anthem cruise.

If I had to guess, it might be associated with the "Key" program. 

 

Suites and Keys are the new status.

Just print your status on the tag.  

 

Or better yet, photoshop the Suite logo on the bottom of the tag, and get your bags delivered sooner.
