Yes, I've done the Chef's Table solo a few times, it's a great experience... I don't have a photo of the new menu, but there are pictures and descriptions of every item in my Vista Live Review... I will post a link... (The CT portion begins on page 9_

The several Chef's Tables I have attended used formal seating, with couples or small groups seated across from each other.  This arrangement is much more conducive to general table conversation, rather than each couple and group talking only among themselves.

 

If you're an adventurous diner I'd say do it.  I think of it more as an excursion than a meal.

Hi all!

 

TravelScholar ~ I've done it solo on Vista & a NCL ship with no problem. It's a great experience.

I've also done it with a friend once & my sister on RCL. Had booked it on Princess but got such a sore throat I cancelled the reservation.

I'm not a wine drinker but still felt it worthwhile.
