Queen Mary 2 cabin 5050

First time cruiser (M929, Sept 15 2019 Transatlantic to Hamburg), and I’m just deciphering things with this forum's help. I have a question about the inside cabin we've been assigned, 5050. The deck plan (https://www.cruisecritic.com/queen-mary-2-qm2-deck-plans/dp/?shipID=294&deck=5) shows it is adjacent to a large white space that is not labeled. Does anyone know what that might be? Service elevators? Stairs? Open space? Should I be concerned? Or is this a decent inside assignment?

Thanks for any guidance.
