What Time to Schedule Shuttle Pick Up After Cruise?

We will be returning from Harmony of the Seas into Port Everglades on Sunday, January 20.  Our return flight is out of Miami (couldn't get what we needed out of FLL this time).  Struggling with what time to put as our pick up time for the private shuttle company that will be picking up our small group of 7 adults.  MIL has difficulty walking/standing so I want to make the best guestimate that I can as far as getting off the ship, collecting luggage, returning scooter, getting into shuttle.  We won't be in any hurry to get off the ship so I was thinking being placed in the 9:00 group to disembark .. gather luggage .. schedule shuttle for 9:30????

Agree this would be a very important consideration. In any event, you can schedule anytime after about 7:30, if you don't have any time constraints.

9:00-9:30 sounds about right assuming that your flight is not until about noon or later.
