I do this all the time, as often I am going or coming from other places than my home city. As to why it is happening, your "Return to City" in your passenger records must be Los Angeles (or Louisiana, if that's what you meant by LA) 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
satxdiver Posted January 3, 2019 #6 Share Posted January 3, 2019 I checked all my data on the personalizer and it was correct as to home location. It would not let me even get to the window where one enters the from/to and date part. I finally called Princess and they changed it so now it works. They had my home airport as LAX for some reason and it was not accessible by me. Yes I was talking about the LA that is in CA. Confusing I know as the state just east of us is LA.
