EZ Air Sale

There is a sale right now on flights. However, when I sign into my personalizer to change my flights the sale prices don't show up. Does anybody know if this is for new bookings only? Should I call princess to see if I can get the sale price?

Did you book under the current sale (All Aboard sale)? If not, you need to re-fare under that sale and then you will see the new air prices.

Checked my TA for comparison. My booking has $200 per person OBC (plus my other OBC) plus the cabin is over $1,000 less per person. I think I'll stick with my current booking!

I cannot use EZair for our fall sailing out of LA because the EZair booking thinks we live in LA - we live 1400 miles east of LA.  I am not sure what is happening so I need to call Princess.

You can change your city by typing in the city you want to fly from and/or to. I do this all the time, as often I am going or coming from other places than my home city. As to why it is happening, your "Return to City" in your passenger records must be Los Angeles (or Louisiana, if that's what you meant by LA)

I checked all my data on the personalizer and it was correct as to home location.  It would not let me even get to the window where one enters the from/to and date part.  I finally called Princess and they changed it so now it works.  They had my home airport as LAX for some reason and it was not accessible by me.  Yes I was talking about the LA that is in CA.  Confusing I know as the state just east of us is LA.
