Does RCL have balcony dining like Princess?

My parents will be on the Brilliance and I would like to send them a gift. Does RCL have a balcony dinner or breakfast like on princess?

Just as an addition, I should point out that I was just on the Legend and nearly the full dining room menu was available from room service. Not everything like lobster, but a very good sampling of the dining room menu was available for dinner.

 

To the OP, you might consider the romance package as it gives them champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, canapes, a picture, and frame for about $100. A good value overall and they'll have something to take home. In addition, they'll get an upgraded room service breakfast offering for a breakfast in bed/on the balcony option.
