We were told Summit was schedule for extra time  to solve some of these problems and I suspect each time they learn more. I suspect the first Solstice class ship will have similar problems.

They should also make those that do the designs to sail sail on a few cruise first so they know how things work.

I think the first Solstice class is the Equinox - we're on in August, so any problems will hopefully be fixed.  And the Equinox will be interesting because that drydock was already shortened because of the crane that hit Oasis, causing the Equinox drydock to go to Spain instead of Bahamas.

Hi Jim, 

Noticed that you have been to Japan a few times also. 

We are booked April 21 2020 on the Milennium. It does not appear that Celebrity has many excursion options for their  stops. 

Do you have any experience with private tours by locals? We are 2 couples, but would love to add another couple to decrease the cost of those private tours. 

Any help or suggestion is appreciated.
